50% or more of clientele coming to Starling Salon from previous salon.

Commission structure based on current pricing.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

AVEDA hair color experience

AVEDA ritual systems experience

Coachable with focus on our implemented systems. 

Stylish, positive, professional, friendly, good teammate.

Must run own professional social media at minimum of 3x per week.
