Starling Salon 24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

Your appointments are very important to us at Starling Salon. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide us with 24-hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, our stylists miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance though options in texts, emails, and phone calls, because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, sickness, etc. However, if this becomes a habit, we will enforce the cancellation policy as the services are reserved for you personally.

Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount. This must be paid to rebook with a stylist at Starling Salon.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the missed service amount. This must be paid to rebook with a stylist at Starling Salon. No exceptions.

Starling Salon Tardiness Policy:

When you are going to be late to your scheduled appointment time, it can cause your stylist to have to rush through the services you had booked, which is not our preferred way to give you the best of our talents. Being late to your appointment can also cause our stylists to run late for clients who have shown up on time for their appointment. If you are going to be late for any reason, please call the salon as a courtesy to inform us. We do understand that things happen and will do our best to accommodate you. Here are the guidelines of our tardiness policy.

For Hair Color Clients: If you are going to be 10-15 minutes late, understand that you will be receiving the same color you had previously. We most likely do not have adequate time to give you a full consultation and modify your color if you are going to be late. If you are a brand new client, you may be asked to reschedule. If you are going to be 20+ minutes late, understand that you may be asked to reschedule.

For Hair Cut Clients: If you are 10-15 minutes late, you may be unable to receive a blow dry/style. If you are a brand new client, you may be asked to reschedule. If you are 20+ minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
