A Hair Salon About a Mile From Washington Park

Starling Salon is about a mile from the middle of Washington Park, at 40 W. Louisiana Ave. in Platte Park, just west of South Broadway.

Balayage and color, all in Aveda

Our colorists paint balayage, foilayage, teasy lights and root shadows, and take on full color correction. Every color is Aveda. Co-owner Sonia Nordmeyer is Masters of Balayage certified and has more than 30 years behind the chair.

Extensions for length or volume

We install Coco Marie hand-tied extensions and no other brand. One row adds volume. Two to three rows add length and fullness. Sonia is a Master Certified Coco Marie extension specialist.
